Contractor Forum –

Over 25 representatives of state funded
child development and preschool programs participated
in the Council’s forum which had four stated goals:
- Provide an overview of and update
on Council activities and program oversight
- Discuss requirements and implementation
of Management Bulletin 09-07, Voluntary Temporary
Transfer of Contract Funds (VTT)
- Collect comments and input from
state contract program representatives
- Identify next steps for the implementation
of VTT
Those who attended provided rich discussion,
thoughtful comments and valid concerns that will guide
the Council in the development of policies and procedures
for the Voluntary Temporary Transfer (VTT) process in
Sacramento County. The expertise and perspective of state
funded contracting agencies is integral to this process
and the Council encourages continued input and participation.
