The Sacramento County Local Child Care & Development Planning Council hosted a community forum to discuss Preschool for All, including the Preschool for All Ballot Initiative, and the impact of Preschool for All on Sacramento County September 21, 2005 at the Sacramento County Administration Center.

Linnea Hathaway, LPC Vice-Chair, led a panel of child care advocates in a lively discussion. Panelists included:
